The newest neighborhood at The River Club, River Valley, will be located along the western edge of the community near the banks of the Chattahoochee River. With a nature trail running along the river, views of the golf course’s 10th and 16th holes and The Lodge a short walk away, River Valley will be surrounded by amenities.
River Valley will have only 35 homes - all on the golf course. Homesites will average about two-thirds of an acre. Given the location within the protected river corridor, River Valley homes will have a relatively compact footprint featuring multiple levels of living space. Homes will be up to 4,500 square feet, and more than half will have terrace levels.
Home designs will display English and French architectural influences, with special attention paid to exterior materials, colors and details. These styles have similar characteristics that will complement each other (see renderings below). Native and mature landscaping will surround River Valley's luxury custom homes and soften their impact on this precious land, all while enhancing The River Club’s natural setting. |
